How We Increased Fusalp’s Winter Reach in Korea through Paid Social 🎿🇫🇷🇰🇷

For a luxury winter sports brand, the Korean season is short and the window to capture it is shorter. Fusalp, a French luxury winter sports label, wanted to grow its brand presence and run paid social campaigns in Korea, but it had no local Meta Ads account structure in place. Without that foundation, precise targeting, testing, and in-market optimisation were all out of reach, leaving the brand unable to make the most of its peak winter window.

expand k built the paid social engine from the ground up. We set up and integrated a local Meta Ads account with a tracking-ready campaign structure, then developed a Korea-specific strategy aligned to winter retail priorities and the brand’s global guardrails. From there we ran structured audience testing across location, gender, age, and interest clusters, tested placements and formats across Facebook and Instagram Stories and Posts, and executed continuous bid adjustments and A/B cycles on the brand’s global Instagram account.

The structured approach paid off across the winter campaign. Brand reach grew by 950% through audience expansion and placement testing, cost per click improved by 200% on the back of continuous A/B testing and creative iteration, and ROAS rose by 150% as the framework translated Fusalp’s global brand assets into Korea-optimised performance.

In a market where a luxury brand’s season is won or lost in a few short months, a disciplined paid social framework is what turns reach into sales. expand k gave Fusalp a repeatable, Korea-optimised system that scaled winter visibility and delivered measurable return.
