Strengthening BabyBjörn’s Presence in the Korean Market 🇸🇪🇰🇷


As a globally trusted baby products brand from Sweden, Babybjörn is known for its focus on safety, comfort, and thoughtful design. Translating those values into meaningful visibility in Korea, however, required more than a global setup - it called for a locally driven strategy built around how Korean parents actually discover and evaluate baby products.


expand k redesigned BabyBjörn’s Korean digital presence from the ground up. A dedicated local Meta Ads structure was established and actively managed to reflect Korean audience behaviour, while BabyBjörn’s Naver Blog and YouTube channel were developed into credible, always-on touchpoints - covering channel setup, content planning, publishing, and performance tracking.



Our collaborative activities changed how Korean parents encountered the brand. With continuous audience testing and locally-tuned messaging, BabyBjörn appeared at the right moments with content answering real questions around comfort, safety, and everyday use - driving a 300% increase in CTR, 150,000+ Naver Blog visits, and 550,000+ YouTube views.
