Tottenham Hotspur, a prestigious football club based in London, collaborated with our agency to improve ticket sales and membership purchases among their Korean fanbase.
As one of the oldest and most successful clubs in the English Premier League, Tottenham Hotspur is renowned worldwide and has a significant following in Korea, partly due to the presence of Asian star player Son Heung-min.
Challenges & Objectives
Tottenham Hotspur faced a challenge in providing Korean fans with the correct information on purchasing memberships and match tickets, as there was no dedicated Korean website explaining the process.
The objective was to guide Korean fans towards purchasing tickets through the official Tottenham Hotspur website and discourage them from buying from third-party sellers on the Naver platform.
To address the challenge, expand k created a Korean landing page that outlined the ticket purchase guidelines and membership benefits. Additionally, we developed and implemented a test campaign using Naver Search Ads, a popular search engine in Korea.
The Naver Search Ads campaigns focused on delivering the key message of purchasing tickets from the official Tottenham Hotspur website and not from third-party sellers on Naver. expand k handled campaign planning, created ad creatives and copies and managed Power Link Ads and Brand Search Ads on Naver.
Our efforts led to increased awareness and visibility of Tottenham Hotspur's website among the target audience on the Naver platform.
The campaign successfully conveyed the message of purchasing tickets from the official website, resulting in a higher number of membership purchases on the Tottenham Hotspur website.
