Producing Swisse's Full Naver & Coupang Product Page Suite for a Premium Korean Launch
40+ PDPs
Localised Brand Asset Creation
Introduction
Swisse, a premium Australian supplement brand under the global wellness group H&H, set out to establish its presence in Korea, one of the world's most demanding health supplement markets. Korean consumers approach premium supplements with high expectations around quality, safety, and trust, and they form those judgements largely on the product page, where a foreign brand either earns credibility or loses the sale.
To launch credibly on Korea's two largest marketplaces, Swisse partnered with expand k to plan and produce its full suite of localised product description pages for both Naver and Coupang.
Challenges & Objectives
A global supplement brand cannot simply translate its existing product pages for Korea. Naver and Coupang each have their own page formats, layout conventions, and mobile-first browsing behaviour, and Korean supplement shoppers expect detailed, locally framed information that speaks to how they evaluate products. Swisse needed a complete set of pages that held to its global brand identity while reading as if built for the Korean market from the start.
The objectives were to produce launch-ready PDPs across Swisse's full product range, adapt each page to Naver and Coupang requirements, and localise every page for Korean consumers without losing the premium brand feel.
Activities
expand k received Swisse's global product assets and reviewed them against each marketplace's requirements before production. The team planned and produced 48 localised product description pages for Coupang and 48 for Naver, adapting Swisse's global branding for the Korean market and optimising layouts for mobile-first browsing. Alongside the PDPs, expand k designed 48 product thumbnails and produced 40 product listing text sets across 48 SKUs, covering the full launch range.
Every page was built to align with Swisse's brand guidelines and Korean supplement conventions, and delivered ready for upload to both marketplaces.
Results
expand k delivered Swisse's complete Korean product page suite: 48 PDPs on Coupang and 48 on Naver, supported by 48 thumbnails and 40 listing text sets across 48 SKUs, all produced, localised, and uploaded ahead of launch. The brand entered Korea's two largest marketplaces with a consistent, premium, locally built presence rather than a set of translated pages.
expand k gave Swisse a launch-ready e-commerce foundation on Naver and Coupang, localised end to end, so the brand could meet Korea's premium supplement shoppers with the credibility the market demands.
